  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Cocoa powder and powdered sugar for dusting
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins or oven-safe cups.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
